Terms and Conditions

The rules governing Academy accounts, digital learning access, purchases, course content, certificates, and responsible platform use.

Effective date: 7 August 2026Last updated: 7 August 2026

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing, accepting organisation-sponsored access, or using the Academy, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to accept these terms, or use the service with valid parent, guardian, or organisation authorisation.

Accounts and security

  • Keep login credentials confidential and use an account assigned to you.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Do not share, sell, transfer, automate, scrape, or misuse an account or entitlement.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.

Products, prices, and orders

Product pages describe the course, chapter, path, access status, and displayed currency. Currency conversion is informational until checkout confirms the final transaction currency and amount. An order is accepted only after valid payment confirmation or authorised assignment and successful access delivery. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before fulfilment and will not charge a replacement amount without approval.

Learning licence and acceptable use

Access is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for learning. Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not copy, record, redistribute, publish, resell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, expose protected video links, attack the platform, interfere with other users, or use Academy material to facilitate unlawful activity. Cybersecurity content must be used only in systems and environments you own or are explicitly authorised to test.

Completion and certificates

Progress and completion depend on the published learning and assessment requirements. Certificates are issued only when recorded conditions are satisfied and may be validated publicly by certificate ID. We may revoke or correct a certificate obtained through error, impersonation, fraud, unauthorised assistance, or violation of assessment rules, while retaining an integrity record indefinitely, as described in the Data Processing Notice. A certificate is evidence of Academy completion, not a guarantee of employment, licensing, or third-party accreditation unless explicitly stated.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Academy available but maintenance, security events, provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt access. We may improve, replace, reschedule, or retire content while taking reasonable steps to preserve materially equivalent paid access. Products marked Coming soon are informational and cannot be purchased.

Intellectual property and third parties

Academy content, branding, design, recordings, text, software, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Musing Technology and remain protected by applicable rights. Third-party products, video delivery, payments, links, and certifications may have additional terms and notices.

Suspension, liability, and disputes

We may restrict access to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, enforce payment or licence rules, or comply with law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not responsible for indirect losses, unauthorised use of cybersecurity knowledge, or failures outside reasonable control. Contact us first so we can attempt good-faith resolution. These terms are governed by applicable Jordanian law, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction.

Updates

We may update these terms when products, providers, risks, or laws change. The updated date will be published here. Material changes affecting existing paid access will receive reasonable notice where appropriate; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
